** This position will be based in Austin, TX out of our headquarters office and be hybrid in office 3-days a week. **
Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst, Operations (FP&A) is an individual contributor managing financial processes reporting to the Director of Finance Operations. In this role, you will dive deep into key business drivers across operations nationwide and provide data driven analytics and insights to support operational efficiency initiatives and achievement toward targets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with centralized budgeting and forecasting across 350 locations.
- Monthly reporting and variance analysis on assigned GL accounts
- Monthly reporting and analysis on assigned KPIs
- Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
- Strong financial acumen including variance analytics and budgeting and forecasting skills
- Strong problem solving, process improvement and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to present concepts and results in a concise manner
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft software products
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business is required. MBA preferred
- 1-2 years of experience supporting hospital operations in a finance capacity
- Healthcare background in veterinary or human healthcare required
