** This position is based in Downtown Austin, TX out of our headquarters office and will be hybrid in office 3-days a week. This individual must live in or relocate to the Greater Austin metropolitan area. **
Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst, Operations (FP&A) is an individual contributor managing financial processes reporting to the Director of Finance Operations. In this role, you will dive deep into key business drivers across operations nationwide and provide data driven analytics and insights to support operational efficiency initiatives and achievement toward targets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with centralized budgeting and forecasting across 350 locations.
- Monthly reporting and variance analysis on assigned GL accounts
- Monthly reporting and analysis on assigned KPIs
- Quantitative and Qualitative analysis of data and reports to ensure veracity reasonableness
- Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
- Strong financial acumen including variance analytics, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Strong problem solving, process improvement, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present concepts and results in a concise manner
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft software products
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business is required; MBA preferred
- 4 years of experience supporting hospital operations in a finance capacity
- Healthcare background in veterinary or human healthcare is a strong plus
