Administrative Support
THRIVE is a 501c3 non-profit that is growing in services within Indiana. Overseeing 12-counties in the Southeast Region. Offering 100% free services to individuals with substance use issues and Mental Health (MH) concerns. Offices based in Southern Indiana, while serving the entire Southeast region.
Administrative Support reports to: Leadership Administration
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and programming, such as Lyft Services.
- Supports company operations by answering office phone lines, responding to email correspondence, and greeting visitors at the front office.
- Maintains office services by assisting with office operations and procedures, assisting with correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement in cooperation with Development Director and Office Manager.
- Implements office policies by upholding standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Client Onboarding: Serve as the initial point of contact for potential participants, collecting relevant personal information, and explaining the services Thrive offers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system, ensuring all required documentation is completed and securely filed.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients, coaches, and other internal departments, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination of services.
- Customer Service: Provide compassionate support to participants, addressing questions or concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with participants, department managers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth transitions and optimal care.
Full Time PT/ hours will be no less than 32hrs per week, and no more than 40hrs per week. There will be occasional night or weekend hours, employees will work with the Supervisor to flex time within that same pay period.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
