Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Integration Analyst – Role Overview
A growing award-winning company is seeking an EDI Integration Analyst to manage and optimize system integrations, ensuring smooth data exchange and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background in designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions while working collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance ERP system integrations for key business functions, including finance, sales, and inventory management.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI transaction issues to maintain accurate and timely data exchange.
- Manage EDI mapping and translation for transactions such as purchase orders, invoices, and shipping notices.
- Maintain integration platforms, ensuring security and performance optimization.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement updates as needed.
- Manage user roles and permissions across integration platforms and ERP systems.
- Configure and maintain integrations using Celigo’s iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service).
- Develop and support EDI solutions for seamless data exchange between trading partners, suppliers, and internal systems.
- Oversee integrations with platforms such as DSCO, CommerceHub, and SPS Commerce to ensure compliance and efficient data flow.
- Lead and support integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration configurations and EDI processes.
- Analyze transaction data, performance metrics, and error reports to optimize integrations.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance integration efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to EDI and system integrations.
- Implement improvements to minimize errors and streamline operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI management or system integration.
- Proficiency in Celigo, DSCO, CommerceHub, NetSuite, and SPS Commerce.
- Strong understanding of EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and data mapping.
- Experience with ERP systems and integration platforms (Netsuite Preferred).
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and data formats (XML, JSON, CSV).
Preferred Certifications
- Celigo Certified Integration Specialist
- EDI Certification (e.g., EC-Council Certified EDI Professional)
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
