Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Wichita, KS. We are seeking a skilled and strategic real estate professional to work closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance & Strategic Development to support the expansion of new and emerging concepts. This role will focus on site selection, lease negotiations, and overseeing critical lease management processes to optimize our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of lease agreements, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and third parties alike inclusive of brokers, developers, counsel and consultants.
