Job Description:
As a pediatric home health nurse, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes. This will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing hands-on care and support. You will also have the opportunity to educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.
Requirements:
- RN or LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
