Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative to join our team at Thrive Speech Therapy. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for families, responsible for guiding them through the onboarding process, answering calls, setting up clients in our system, and scheduling evaluations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and preferably has prior experience in a healthcare or therapy clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with the intake process, ensuring all required documents and information are collected and organized.
- Communication & Support: Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and warmth, providing information and support to prospective and current clients.
- Scheduling: Schedule evaluations based on clinician availability and client needs.
- System Management: Accurately enter and maintain client information in our internal systems and databases.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with administrative staff and clinical team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for families.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, therapy, or pediatric clinic setting is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with administrative systems and comfort with data entry.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
