Residential Program Director

Thrive is looking to hire a new member of our management team as a Residential Program Director of a group home in Marlborough. The right candidate will be conscientious, energetic and outgoing.

Salaried at $57,000 - $59,000 (these rates are fixed to the DDS rates and are nonnegotiable)

• The program director is responsible for the daily supervision of direct care staff with the goal of maintaining and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• The Program Director oversees the management and development of ISP goals, assuring compliance with established DDS regulations
• Coordinates day to day operations of assigned program including reports, maintenance and budgets. Represents assigned program at administrative meetings and participates in the evaluation of program services
• Coordinates clinical supports, entitlements, community resources and acts as a liaison for individuals as needed. Provides direct support care as required to maintain appropriate staffing ratios.
