Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
- Support office management activities, including organizing meetings and preparing necessary materials.
- Maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) while managing records and files.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve processes.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with office software applications.
- Experience in customer support roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as a personal assistant while also being a collaborative team player.
- Knowledge of office management practices is desirable.
