We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The Human Resources Manager will also play a key role in succession planning and the management of human capital.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee payroll processes using systems to ensure accurate compensation for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, including CARF standards, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement and manage Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient data management.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, performance issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct succession planning to ensure continuity in key positions within the organization.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote transparency and engagement.
Skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems with experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll management processes.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of human capital management principles and practices.
- Proven ability in succession planning and talent management strategies.
