About the role:

We’re looking for an outgoing team player who can help lead their site with passion and purpose. Someone who embraces and exhibits our core values of Relationship Builder, Think Like a Member, Think Like an Owner, and Continuously Improving, to create a vibrant and inclusive coworking space. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for establishing a ‘Second to None’ customer experience for Thrive members and guests as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of your site, such as:

  • Greeting Members guests when they enter, making them feel welcome and assisting them as needed.
  • Administrative functions such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, mail sorting distribution, and helping schedule meeting room bookings.
  • Coordinating, promoting, and working social networking events.
  • Communicating with sales leads; updating/creating leads in CRM system and assisting with tours as needed.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as well as daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure the site is appealing to the 5 Senses and Thrive’s set expectations. Tasks include:
  • Brewing and refreshing coffee tea
  • Restocking snack soda products
  • Auditing office, kitchen, janitorial, snack and beverage supply inventory
  • Tidying meeting rooms checking for A/V equipment functionality
  • Dusting and cleaning surfaces
  • Restroom upkeep
  • Restocking dishes
  • General organizing/tidying
  • Supporting the Manager with any other admin and cleaning tasks.
  • Overseeing front desk responsibilities while Manager is on break and occasional full or partial day coverage of the site while Manager is out sick/on vacation.

About you:

  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and promotional) and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexible and creative problem solver.
  • Able to address conflict and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Adaptive to change and self-motivated for personal and professional development.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).

This role mainly supports the Arvada location, however there may be occasional times when support is needed at other locations due to vacation and sick time coverage (Ballpark, Cherry Creek, Lakewood, and Centennial). You must have reliable transportation to be able to commute to these sites when needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
