Carpenter/Laborer

Thrive (To help ready individuals value every day) is looking to hire a skilled Carpenter who possesses a great attitude, is reliable, pays attention to details, and is willing to consistently show up ready to go to work.

Starting pay ranges from $20 - $35/hour based on experience. The position will be up to 40 hours per week.

Preferred qualifications and responsibilities include:

• Punctual and prepared for work every day.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong work ethic & respect for clients’ property and the jobsite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ensure the work meets quality expectations.
• Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, tile, or drywall.
• Utilize tools such as saws, drills, sanders, levels, etc.
• Ability to hang doors, set vanities, install crown moldings, install cabinets and moldings, etc.
• Must be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, and safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 75 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
