- Manage client communications, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations

- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications:
- Professional certifications in Series 7/66 and WI State Life and Health insurance
- 1-3 years of customer-facing experience
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other business tools
Compensation and Benefits:
- Market-based salary range $45,000 - $75,000
- Annual bonuses based on performance
