Core Responsibilities:

• Support senior advisors in meeting client needs and expectations
• Develop and implement effective client communication strategies
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

• Series 7/66 and WI State Life and Health insurance licenses
• 1-3 years of customer-facing experience
• Superior communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other business tools
