Job Description
We are seeking a full-time LPC Resident in Counseling to join our Midlothian, Virginia office. This role involves conducting intakes, diagnosing mental health conditions, and providing therapy to clients under the supervision of a licensed clinician. As an LPC Resident, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, with access to regular supervision and training opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a graduate degree in counseling or a related field from an approved program, and be pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia. You should also have experience working in a counseling setting, treating depression and anxiety, and conducting intakes and diagnoses under the supervision of a licensed clinician.

Compensation
This is a fee-for-service position, with earning potential ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 per year. Your recruiter will discuss total compensation during the interview process.
