Salary and Benefits:
Our compensation package includes a salary range of up to $111,700, dependent on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, and annual pay increases.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in various locations.
- Work with diverse populations, including couples and children.
- Support clinicians looking to grow into leadership roles or supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Virginia: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD).
- Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they will be practicing.
