POSITION SUMMARY
Accounts receivable duties include processing and monitoring incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations and securing accurate cash balances by verifying and posting receipts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Gather and organize remittance advices for electronic payments, including accessing from online portals
- Prepare bank deposits
- Daily reconciliation of cash receipts to system totals
- Work with Branches to resolve discrepancies, open credits and customer payment issues
- Other office tasks as requested
