Front Desk Associate @ Wellness Center

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through our POS system.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Process payments accurately using cash register and credit card systems.
• Assist with upselling additional services or upgrades to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, including stocking supplies as needed.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling calls professionally.
• Ability to perform retail math for processing transactions accurately.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, with skills in upselling products or services.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reservations and billing processes.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.27 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
