Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial client contact to final delivery, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, coordinating with internal teams such as creative, production, and digital to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  3. Needs Assessment and Proposal Development: Understand client needs and objectives, and present solutions that align with their business goals.
  4. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints while maintaining profitability.
  5. Timeline Management: Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule. Proactively address any potential delays or issues.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative and marketing deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to agency standards. Review content before it is shared with the client.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, digital, and other teams to ensure alignment on project goals and successful delivery of services.
  8. Client Feedback and Revisions: Collect and interpret client feedback, ensuring that revisions are communicated effectively to the internal team and executed accurately.
  9. Reporting and Analytics: Provide clients with regular updates on project progress, including performance metrics, analytics, and post-campaign reports.
  10. Contract and Scope Management: Ensure that all projects are executed within the agreed-upon scope of work and manage any necessary scope changes, including the negotiation of upcharges or additional fees.
  11. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client concerns or challenges that arise during the project, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
  12. Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve processes, client satisfaction, and the overall effectiveness of project delivery. Provide feedback to internal teams on ways to enhance services and client experiences.


Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
  • Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. prioritize and respond quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
