- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Support all departments of the restaurant as required, ensuring all guest needs are met.
Skills
- Previous restaurant experience restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests warmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe handling practices within the food service industry.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with food handling practices is beneficial but not required.
