Compensation :

20,000 base commission

Responsibilities :

Market real estate using various marketing strategies, including social media advertising.

Conduct property tours with potential buyers.

Establish connections and create opportunities in the real estate market.

Collaborate with buyers to understand their needs and preferences.

Perform property assessments to evaluate their value and potential.

Negotiate deals and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.

Analyze incoming offers and determine their suitability.

Close deals by finalizing all necessary paperwork and transactions.

Maintain effective communication with potential buyers throughout the sales process.

Generate innovative ideas to expand and grow the existing real estate business.

Qualifications :

Must have a valid driver's license and insurance and reliable transportation.
