CNC Mill Programmer & Setup Position Overview
Must be able to program, set up and run CNC Mill.

Must be able to program, set up and run CNC Mill.
Key Position Responsibilities
- Determine the sequence of machine operations and select proper cutting tools needed to machine workpieces into desired shapes.
- Revise programs to eliminate errors, and retest programs to check that problems have been solved.
- Analyze drawings, blueprints, specifications, tool selection, machine speeds and feed rates.
- Basic knowledge of all types of tooling and gauges
- Should be capable of reading micrometers, telescoping gauges, calipers, comparator, indicators, etc
- Good problem solving skills, safety practices and attention to quality.
- Have basic workbench and computer skills.
- Basic Math skills
- CNC programming knowledge
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- 3 - 5 years of machining experience, injection mold experience preferred
- Haas VF4 set up and run experience preferred
- Must have Mastercam knowledge
Salary : $28 - $32
