We are looking for a fun, energetic, positive, proficient, and teachable individual to assist Project Managers in all aspects of construction project management.
This is an entry level position with excellent growth opportunity. The Project Coordinator will assist in :
- bid solicitation, qualification, and follow up.
- Site documentation and meetings.
- Scheduling and project pipelines.
- Project related clerical work including : contracts, permit submittals, invoicing / pay applications, and cost reports.
- Professional client and subcontractor communication.
- General office support including answering incoming calls.
