Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Professional, dependable and ethical
- Results-focused; Able to effectively communicate and follow-up
- Organizational and planning skills; Able to effectively allocate and develop resources
- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Programs, Bluebeam, Project. Procore preferred.
- Administrative skills: Filing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and/or equivalent experience preferred (HS diploma or GED required).
- Previous experience in construction management: 3-5 years of running construction projects .
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to jobsites.
- Verifiable work history/references demonstrating excellent contributions, skills and integrity required
