About the role
- Become the recognised subject expert within your area of competence.
- Develop your own strategies and originate your own paper book within 6-12 months.
- Implement and optimise a strategy that focuses on achieving an opportune Sharpe ratio.
- Partner with teams of quant researchers and data scientists, leveraging the rich, unrivaled datasets they can provide you with.
- Work within a Central Fundamental Research Desk while operating with the freedom to scale up your own strategies.
- Receive the same support as a traditional long/short equity analyst - (attend Industry Conferences, Network with peers on a global scale)

- Bring a deep subject knowledge of your coverage universe - one which you wish to continue building your expertise in.
- Have the ability to translate your research into actionable long/short trading strategies.
- Demonstrate a desire to build strong relationships and collaborate with dynamic teams.
- Be continuously curious and enjoy the act of in-depth fundamental research.
