Your responsibilities

Job Summary

The individual will be responsible for supporting both internal and external customers as directed by their. Supervisor or Manager. The Procurement Admin will assume full ownership and responsibility for their workload. The Procurement Admin position is for an individual with minimal purchasing/inventory experience.

• React to daily buy signals/forecast/customer demand supplied by the Procurement Agents
  • Issuing Purchase orders
  • Issuing Purchase order changes
• Manage Reports
  • Unacknowledged Report
  • Potential Grief Report
• Order Maintenance
  • Confirming orders
  • Manual ASN entry when applicable
  • Resolve paperwork issues
  • Paperwork requests
• Electronic filing of paperwork
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A 4-year college degree or 2-5 years of applicable purchasing/inventory experience are required for this position.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• The ability to complete projects as assigned with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects.

Job Compensation

$27.58 - $32.44 per hour
