Summary of Position : The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering unique internal training courses and programs for business units within tk Materials as well as coordinates employee participation in outside training programs. Duties include interaction with Subject Matter Experts, management, and HR to determine training needs, implementing training programs and reviewing feedback from previous training programs to determine success and improvement opportunities.
