National construction firm TI Builders is currently hiring an estimator for commercial construction to join our growing team in our Ft Myers, Florida office. Do you know your stuff? Will earn an above-market $90, 000 - $130,000 DOE, along with excellent benefits

Day-to-day duties typically include but are not limited to :
Assist the Area Manager with project documentation, take-offs and materials quotes
Calling subcontractors to check if they're bidding or have any questions
Holding site / job walks
Position requirements :
5 years’ experience as a commercial estimator - not multi-family or residential
An innate understanding of the tenant improvement process and commercial construction
Strong writing ability and excellent verbal skills (we value honest, open communication)
The ability to perform well and grow under limited supervision
Proficiency with MS office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project)
