Are you a top achiever in commercial construction sales? TI Builders is seeking our next Salesperson to join our expanding team in Middle Tennessee. What does a typical work week look like? You will spend 80% of your time on sales activities, which include lead generation, email marketing, cold calling, in-person meetings, job site visits with clients, growing the TI Builders brand by attending events and being the connector between the estimating team and sales. The remaining 20% will focus on the creative aspects of marketing, such as capturing photos and videos, alongside our CRM system, monday.com. Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Regional Sale Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind new business opportunities, client engagement, and relationship building. You will:

  • Educate and Sell: Promote our construction services to both new and existing customers.
  • Generate and Track Leads: Take ownership of project leads from discovery to completion, ensuring smooth transitions and follow-ups.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build lasting connections with subcontractors, owners, developers, architects, property managers, and other strategic partners.
  • Drive Results: Collaborate with estimators to close deals and hit agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Plan and Execute Events: Coordinate impactful corporate events to strengthen client relationships and expand our network.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the go-to point of contact for clients and ensure they receive outstanding service throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in construction, real estate or a related field is REQUIRED.
  • Relationship Builder: You have a proven ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.
  • Results-Oriented: You’re detail-driven, deadline-focused, and thrive in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Player: You bring a can-do attitude and thrive in a collaborative, team-centric environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with Canva, Dropbox, or Monday.com is a plus.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
