Your Impact
- Training & Onboarding: Facilitate comprehensive onboarding and training programs for onsite team members, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with company standards.
- Operations Assistance: Assist in daily operations including leasing support, managing delinquency accounts, and ensuring financial processes run efficiently.
- Administrative Tasks: Oversee administrative responsibilities such as filing, scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and supporting property operations.
- Purchasing & Invoicing: Manage purchase orders and invoicing processes to maintain operational accuracy and compliance.
- Job Ad Management: Collaborate with HR to post and edit job ads to attract high-performing team members.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with delinquency and financial reporting, providing actionable insights to drive operational success.
- Travel: Travel to various property locations to provide on-site support, conduct training, and strengthen team connections.

Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Previous property management experience required.
- Experience with onboarding and training preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
