PROGRAM OVERVIEW: The TIAA Advisory Relationship Track offers an exciting mix of strategically aligned assignments, professional development, and the ability to experience many facets of our organization. The environment is client facing, fast-paced, challenging, and full of growth opportunities. Candidates can expect to work with financial services platforms and tools and will learn the techniques, disciplines and processes that deliver the highest quality results to our customers. Rotational assignments are employed during the two year rotational program to build cross-functional proficiency. Associates will be required to obtain their SIE prior to the start date, and the FINRA (Series 7 and 66) and Insurance (Life) license within 4 months of the start date. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: As part of the two year rotational program, you will have the opportunity to experience: A series of rotational experiences across the Client Relationships business Unique networking opportunities and access to Senior Leadership Ongoing personal and professional development Intensive financial services and behavioral based training Program begins in January or June 2023 ROTATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: You will have the opportunity to work within exciting areas such as: National Contact Center – Participant Services Institutional Client Services Wealth Management Advisory Services Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree Graduation date between August 2022 and June 2023 Completed FINRA SIE (required to be completed before the start date) Must have participated in 2022 TIAA Summer Associate Program Desired Skills: Leadership skills and a commitment to shared success (i.e. works well in teams) Strong verbal and written communication skills Adapts and embraces change – especially in exciting and fast paced environments High motivation Self-starter Desire to continuously learn Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and deliver on commitment Potential Salary: Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
