Corporate Retirement Solutions Product Development This role provides coordination, tactical, and general product development management support for the Product Development & Implementation (PD&I) team. Under limited supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage small to moderate sized projects. Key Responsibilities and Duties Contribute to building a Center of Excellence for product development Partner with Product Actuarial & Pricing SMEs to develop intake process for managing requests Support the delivery of strategic efforts to enhance our product development capabilities Work closely with the subject matter experts in PD&I to help refine business reporting needs Assist Product & Distribution Enablement SMEs with CRS sales reporting needs Identify opportunities for future enhancements to improve routines, and work with team leadership to acquire necessary advocacy support Draw on core competencies in project management and product development, defining and executing on a vision, business development, and collaboration in order to help the team succeed •Involvement with routine product support and relationship management, potentially supporting product and client implementations as well as the maintenance of procedural, collateral, and training materials Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred Career Level 7IC Additional Responsibilities: Responsible for the on-going servicing of TIAA annuities on third party plan recordkeeper systems Monitoring daily operations and coordinating any adjustments required for daily data and trading with recordkeepers Coordinating recordkeeper and TIAA enhancements to their platforms Leading the coordination of new plan adoption between recordkeepers and TIAA operations Responsibilities will include creating, adapting, and improving processes to grow the annuity business #LI-IL1 Base Pay Range: $90,000/yr. - $150,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
