Location: On Site at our Kawaihae, Hawaii Headquarters on Big Island
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This person will support various administrative functions, helping to place orders with our manufacturers, communication with factory, managing production, and maintaining a happy and productive office and overall work enviroment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee calendar management for team members
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operations and improve workflow.
- Managing Production
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry
- Being flexible to manage other tasks when needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing an office environment or as an office clerk is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with team management or collaboration within a team setting is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
