We are currently seeking an experienced (1st

Shift) Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in Bridgeview, IL.

Job Description :

Inspect & document measurement results for First Piece layout approvals.
Inspects incoming, work-in-process, and finished goods by validating conformance to customer drawing specifications / GDT.
Conducts visual and measurement tests according to company guidelines
Operates Brown & Sharpe CMM (working knowledge of PC-DMIS)
Perform inspection gage setup and teardown for production.
Able to lift and move parts up to 30lbs

Requirements and Qualifications :

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

At least 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role in a metals manufacturing environment.

Must be detailed and multi-task oriented

Geometry and computer skills

Must be able to read blueprints

Strong working knowledge of GD&T, and use of various inspection equipment

Ability to work 4 (10hr) days a week Monday – Thursday. Friday and Saturday OT, as required
