Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain production equipment in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machinery and mechanical systems.
- Set up, run, troubleshoot, and tear down production equipment.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
