Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced pharmacist to join our team in the acute inpatient pharmacy department. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of medication management and proficiency in using EPIC Willow inpatient software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medication orders and ensure accurate dispensing
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to optimize patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

• SC RPH license
• At least 1 year of experience working in an acute inpatient pharmacy setting
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
