Your Role:
As the department lead, you’ll oversee junior estimators, review project estimates for accuracy, and guide the team towards implementing cutting-edge technologies that enhance our bidding process. Your expertise in various roofing systems, building codes, and specifications will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver the best results to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the estimating department and mentor junior estimators.
- Review and approve project estimates for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Develop and implement processes and technologies to improve estimating efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and roofing systems to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive bids for commercial roofing projects.

- Proven experience in commercial roofing estimation and a thorough understanding of roofing systems.

- Must be available to commute to Hampton, VA daily or willing to relocate. This is an in-office position.
