Tidewater Staffing Solutions is assisting a non-profit organization in Medina with the search for an Accounting Manager / Controller. The ideal candidate should be someone who in 2 years is capable of becoming the CFO of this organization.
This is an in-office position. Target compensation is $90,000 to $100,000.
Standard work hours are 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a smart, motivated, and team-oriented individual to join a growing organization. The Accounting Manager / Controller will work closely with the CFO to provide timely and accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Assist the CFO in overseeing general accounting for 6 Non-Profit entities.
- Maintain monthly reconciliations and perform analysis of general ledger accounts.
- Assist with the completion of an accurate and timely month-end close.
- Assist with the generation of monthly financial statements.
- Work on special projects as needed.
