*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician/ Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both roles as needed. This candidate will be responsive to client requests, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, and ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both clients and staff.
*Duties*
- Perform cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, or industrial settings as assigned.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

*Skills*
- Attention to detail: Ability to notice small details that need cleaning or maintenance.
- Time management: Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina: Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. ENGLISH is a must!
- Reliability: Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality service.
- Previous cleaning experience is mandatory ; willingness to learn is essential. Must have experienced with an actual cleaning company and not just a SIDE HUSTLE!
*Schedule*
Must have availability to work M- TH 8-5/6PM. Position schedule will be between 2-4 assigned days per week.
*Pay*
Pay is distributed weekly via zelle or direct deposit on Fridays.
Pay is $16 an hour to start including training , $20 an hour after 90 days plus gratuity.
Taxes are taken out each week since this is a W-2 position.
Due to the nature of this business you will work between 15-30 hrs per week. Variation in the amount of hours varies between cancellations, clients rescheduling their appointments, overtime worked, additional days worked or time off requested .
A company car is provided to and from a job site.
Our company cars are not allowed to drop you home or pick you up. YOU MUST HAVE RELAIBLE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORK.
