We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks in the commercial settings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Maintain floors through buffing and floor care techniques to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Conduct custodial duties in the facility, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Engage in facilities maintenance activities, addressing minor repairs or reporting issues as necessary.
- Execute residential painting projects when required, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with buffing equipment and floor care techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
- A proactive approach to identifying areas that require cleaning or maintenance attention.
