As an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Recruiter with the ability to; recruit, source, and connect construction professionals with top construction firms throughout the Nation.
Full remote role, with semi-annual team visits / retreats.
What You Need for this Position
- Have 2 years of Sales / Recruiting / Business Development experience
- Specific sales / proven billing background
- Have a fundamental understanding or interest in the AEC Industry.
- BS / BA in Business, Construction, or Similar is Preferred. (Not required)
- Eager to build a career, not just find another job .
- Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen
- Outside-the-box thinker
- Sales and money-motivated individual
