Tiello has partnered with a leading General Contractor who is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the construction of ground-up construction of Commercial and Healthcare projects.
Title : Project Manager (4 - 5 years Healthcare Construction experience as a Project Manager)
Project Types : Hospitals, Medical Centers, Ground- Up Commercial Construction
Job Title : Project ManagerDuties & Responsibilities :
- Oversee and direct Engineers through all essential job responsibilities.
- Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases
- Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery
- Oversee & Manage the project schedules and budgets
- Oversee, Develop and Maintain a good relationship with the Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
- Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
- Manage project deliverables
- Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting
