What You’ll Do
🚀 Lead & Scale: Build and oversee a high-impact K-12 sales team, driving district and state-level adoption.
📊 Strategize & Execute: Refine data-driven sales processes, optimize messaging, and enhance targeting strategies.
🎯 Be a Player-Coach: Lead from the front—this isn’t a “hands-off” role. You’ll sell, coach, and execute alongside your team.
⚡ Own the Sales Process: Drive CRM adoption (HubSpot preferred), track key performance metrics, and optimize sales operations.
🤝 Engage with Decision-Makers: Build relationships with district and state education leaders, ensuring consistent and impactful outreach.
🏆 Measure Success Through Impact:
- Student Adoption – Increase active student engagement on the platform.
- District Engagement – Drive district-wide participation in training and implementation.
What You Bring
✔ Proven Sales Leadership – Track record of building and scaling high-performing K-12 or related sales teams.
✔ State & District-Level Sales Expertise – Deep understanding of the K-12 landscape and the complexities of selling into education systems.
✔ Data-Driven & Process-Oriented – You leverage metrics to optimize strategy, improve efficiency, and drive revenue.
✔ CRM Proficiency – Experience with HubSpot or equivalent platforms.
✔ Exceptional Communication & Influence – You engage education decision-makers with confidence and clarity.
✔ Hands-On Leadership Mentality – You lead by example, staying actively involved in sales execution and mentorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
