What You’ll Do
Lead & Scale : Build and oversee a high-impact K-12 sales team , driving district and state-level adoption.
Strategize & Execute : Refine data-driven sales processes , optimize messaging, and enhance targeting strategies.
Be a Player-Coach : Lead from the front—this isn’t a “hands-off” role. You’ll sell, coach, and execute alongside your team.
Own the Sales Process : Drive CRM adoption ( HubSpot preferred ), track key performance metrics, and optimize sales operations.
Engage with Decision-Makers : Build relationships with district and state education leaders , ensuring consistent and impactful outreach .
Measure Success Through Impact :
- Student Adoption – Increase active student engagement on the platform.
- District Engagement – Drive district-wide participation in training and implementation.
What You Bring
Proven Sales Leadership – Track record of building and scaling high-performing K-12 or related sales teams.
State & District-Level Sales Expertise – Deep understanding of the K-12 landscape and the complexities of selling into education systems.
Data-Driven & Process-Oriented – You leverage metrics to optimize strategy, improve efficiency, and drive revenue.
CRM Proficiency – Experience with HubSpot or equivalent platforms .
Exceptional Communication & Influence – You engage education decision-makers with confidence and clarity.
Hands-On Leadership Mentality – You lead by example, staying actively involved in sales execution and mentorship.
Preferred Qualifications :
EdTech or Education Sales Experience – A strong plus if you have experience selling to school districts, state boards, or education organizations .
Education Background – Teaching, curriculum development, or school administration experience is a valuable asset.
Marketing & Customer Success Knowledge – Understanding the full customer journey is a plus.
