The Opportunity

As the Vice President of HR & Technology Operations , you will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to design and execute a people and operations strategy that’s tailored to the demands of a high-growth SaaS organization . Your leadership will focus on leveraging technology to scale HR operations, improve workforce analytics, and create an environment where innovation thrives.

Key Responsibilities

  • SaaS-Centric HR & Tech Integration : Lead the adoption and optimization of HR technologies (e.g., Workday, Paylocity) to improve operational efficiency and workforce analytics, with a focus on the unique demands of a SaaS-driven organization .
  • Scaling for SaaS Success : Develop and implement strategies to support the rapid growth and scalability of a SaaS business , ensuring operational excellence without sacrificing culture or employee engagement.
  • Cultural Leadership : Shape and maintain a culture that aligns with the company’s mission and values, fostering an inclusive, innovation-focused environment.
  • SaaS Talent Strategy : Build a world-class team by driving initiatives in talent acquisition, retention, and development, with a focus on attracting top-tier talent experienced in SaaS and technology sectors.

  • Base Salary : $225,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience).
