Floor Technicians Lead
Hourly rate at $17 , and after 90 review $17.75 after a successful 90-day performance review.
MUST HAVE TWIC, PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm
Friday: 10 am to 6:30 pm
Lead and manage floor crew ,providing direction, guidance and support. Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned area while duties may vary.
Sweeping and Mopping. Assist with stripping, waxing , buffing, scrubbing floors and carpet cleaning.
Maintain equiptment. Keep up with inventory. Foster a positive and safety conscious work environment.
Promoting teamwork and accountability. Enforce and uphold to safety protocols and guidelines during cleaning task.
-Knowledge of measuring chemicals correctly, operating various machines, knowledge stripping waxing floor, and carpet cleaning is a must.
-Experience of 4 years of floor tech work/lead or supervision. Must be listed on resume. Clean driving record.

Key Functions include and guidelines
- Mandatory compliance with all safety requirements and procedures including use of personal protective equipment
- Collection and removal of heavy-weight trash and debris
- Routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of carpets and hard surface floors
- Use of heavy floor equipment to wax and buff hard surface floors
- Detailed cleaning projects requiring keen attention to work quality
- Restroom cleaning and disinfecting of sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors including cleaning of fixtures and replenishment of supplies
Experience leading janitorial workers is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.50 per hourBenefits:
