Job descriptionThe hourly rate for Floor Technicians is $14.50. MUST HAVE TWIC.Here is the schedule: Monday-Thursday: 3 pm to 11:30 pm Friday: 11 am to 7:30 pmTWIC card is required for Floor Technicians. Start pay of $14.50 and a further 50-cent raise after a successful 90-day performance review.Heavy-duty Cleaners / Floor Techs are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas. While duties may vary, they typically include restroom, kitchen, and office cleaning as well as general cleaning of common areas.Key Functions include:
- Mandatory compliance with all safety requirements and procedures including use of personal protective equipment
- Collection and removal of heavy-weight trash and debris
- Routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of carpets and hard surface floors
- Use of heavy floor equipment to wax and buff hard surface floors
- Detailed cleaning projects requiring keen attention to work quality
- Restroom cleaning and disinfecting of sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors including cleaning of fixtures and replenishment of supplies
