About the Role
The Senior Demand Generation Strategist will take full ownership of the demand generation funnel, driving the growth of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in the middle market segment. In this role, you’ll create and execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage data to optimize performance, and ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales. As an individual contributor in a small, fast-paced startup (fewer than 20 people), you’ll have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact. Responsibilities
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute scalable demand generation strategies that align with business goals, focusing on ROI and KPI metrics.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns : Manage campaigns across digital marketing channels, including paid media, social media, email, content marketing , events , and SEO to grow ARR .
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Create and execute targeted campaigns to engage and convert high-value accounts.
- Sales Enablement : Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff, provide key insights on campaign performance, and optimize lead nurturing efforts.
- Event Marketing : Plan and execute virtual and in-person events that contribute to lead generation and brand awareness.
- Analytics & Optimization : Use tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or HubSpot to measure campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates .
- Pipeline Growth : Develop strategies to fill the funnel and drive measurable increases in MQLs and SQLs while ensuring pipeline health.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with teams across FinTech, Construction, and Software industries to align on messaging, growth initiatives, and sales enablement .
