Job Title: ERP Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to join our team at a leading digital banking platform headquartered in Midtown Atlanta. This role is critical in maintaining and optimizing our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across multiple business units, with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP administration, financial systems, and cross-functional collaboration with finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the organization’s ERP system to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate closely with FP&A teams to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes within the ERP system.
- Manage ERP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements while minimizing downtime and disruption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Develop and maintain user roles, permissions, and system security protocols to safeguard financial data.
- Work with IT and finance stakeholders to improve and automate workflows and reporting capabilities.
- Assist in data migration, integrations, and ensuring data integrity across financial and operational systems.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of ERP functionalities.
- Generate documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in ERP administration, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong background working with FP&A teams and understanding financial planning processes.
- Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tools within ERP systems.
- Experience with system integrations and automation using APIs or middleware.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
