We are currently seeking an IT Manager to drive the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana ERP for than Enterprise Supply Chain an Building Materials business. This role focuses on IBP and Production Scheduling, collaborating with order management, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize end-to-end processes within ERP, S&OP, and reporting systems.
The ideal Manager has extensive SAP IBP and ePP/DS experience, a strong understanding of planning and execution processes, data management expertise, and excellent communication skills. You will lead a cross-functional team, leveraging your leadership to create value for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact between Plan to Make, Production Scheduling, IBP leadership, and IT.
• Build a high-performing team using our management philosophy and the 5 Dimensions.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to prioritize requirements and support the solution through design, build, test, and sustain stages.• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Provide expert SAP guidance to internal teams and external partners.
• Manage SAP technology and integrations supporting the order-to-cash process.
• Clarify strategy, scope, and end-state capabilities while ensuring accountability for deliverables.
• Communicate changes and enhancements to business requirements.
• Assist with researching alternatives and conducting cost/benefit analysis.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience leading SAP implementations, including at least two full-cycle projects.
• Expertise in SAP methodologies: Applications, Configurations, Integrations, Data, Security, Change Management, Training, and Communications.
• Skilled in defining technology strategy and building stakeholder relationships as a manager or technical lead.
• Advanced knowledge of Supply, Demand, Inventory Planning, and Production Scheduling using SAP IBP, ePP/DS, and S/4 HANA.
Highly desired qualifications:
• Experience with custom heuristics and Advanced ATP.
• Familiar with Agile/SDLC methodologies.
• Background in the Building Materials industry.
