Title : Scrum Master Location : Must live near Pittsburgh - Remote with going onsite once a quarter Duration : 12 month contract to possible hire We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality products while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, a strong understanding of agile principles, and the ability to facilitate efficient, high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities : Guide and support agile teams in Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and frameworks. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act as a servant-leader, removing obstacles and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed product backlog and clear prioritization. Track and report team progress using agile metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement. Promote continuous improvement and agile best practices across teams. Qualifications : 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of leading agile teams. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Experience with agile tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent. Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required
